Your prices are really low, is this legit?
Yes it is!  We pride ourselves on delivering short runs quickly at low prices.  And still providing quality 
printing.  After all could we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if customers didn’t like our finished 
product!


How much is shipping?
Our normal delivery is UPS Ground and we charge a Flat Rate of $10 regardless of where it is going 
and what we are shipping.   All Orders over $79 ship free via UPS Ground.  If you need a faster delivery time then Ground, you can pay additional costs for Overnight and 2 Day Express shipping.


Can I Pick up my job?
Yes.  Select the Pickup option under the shipping selections.  We are located at 4425 Renaissance Pkwy, 
Cleveland, OH  44128.  We have an outdoor pickup area that you can access 24/7. We do not need to be open for you to pick up your order.


How long will it take before I receive my job?
Orders received by 10AM ET will be processed the same day as long as you are ordering a same day quantity.  Orders that are shipping will then take 1 -5 days to arrive at your destination.  We only ship to the 48 Continental US States.  We also cannot deliver to a PO Boxes,

Can I get a proof?
Yes, we offer digital proofs upon request.  You can request one in the comment box during the checkout process.  Asking for a proof, may delay the time it takes us to ship your order.

What is your return policy? 

Since we only print custom jobs, you cannot return your purchase for a refund.  However, we do provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee,,,,if you are not completely satisfied with your order and we cannot fix your concerns with a reprint, then we will refund your money.   The guarantee covers color quality issues, production mistakes and shipping issues.  In addition, on your first 2 orders, the guarantee covers your errors other than typos/wrong dates.  So on your initial orders, you are protected even if you are not comfortable with our ordering process.

What margins should I create in my file for full bleed and/or cutting?

We recommend that you leave critical images and text a 1/4″ or 0.25” from the edge of the file when your print requires cutting or full bleed (which cuts to eliminate the white margins). It is sometimes tempting to place text that goes to the edges, but that text is at risk of being cut off. Our production cutting machines are very high precision, but there is still a very small error margin.

Can I get the shipping tracking number on my order?

Once your order has been picked up by our shipping partners, you will receive an email with your shipping tracking information.

Can I get a digital proof before placing an order?

Yes you can.  During the checkout process put a note in the comment section that you would like a digital proof.  Realize, that this may slow down your order arrival time.

How fast can I get my order? What are my delivery date options? Do you offer rush/expedited services?

Your delivery options are dependent on your product and product specifications.

We offer rush, same-day, and next-day services on most products. Even if the delivery date that you’re looking for is not listed, give us a call at 877-649-5463 to get a quote.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us to change or cancel your order. We will be happy to cancel or modify any orders as long as the order hasn’t already been placed into production.

How much does shipping cost?

Your shipping price is calculated using your order specifications (quantity, page count, dimension, paper type, etc.), delivery time and date, and delivery location.

Do you offer blind shipping?

Yes we do.  During the checkout process put a note in the comment section that you would like us to blind ship. 

I am not sure that my files are print-ready. Can you help?

Place your order and ask for a digital proof.  We will let you know if we see anything wrong with the submitted images.  Let us know if there is a specific reason you think there is something potentially wrong.

Do I need to include a bleed?

You don’t need to.  We have software the can automatically create a bleed, however it does have some limitations.  If you want to add the bleed yourself, then add an extra 1/8” of bleed on all 4 sides even if one of the sides does not have a bleed.
